Who operates Go Gym

Go Gym is operated by Go Gym App Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. We trade as Go Gym. These terms apply to the Go Gym website, web app, and mobile apps (together, the "service").

Go Gym is a live production service. It is no longer in beta. If you took part in the closed beta, the terms that applied then are on the Beta Terms page. Those historic terms do not govern new use of the production service, except where a beta perk (such as lifetime ad-free access) still applies to your account.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Go Gym, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

Go Gym is intended for people aged 18 and over. By using the service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Description of service

Go Gym is an all-in-one fitness tracker for logging habits, workouts, food, body measurements, and related wellness data. Features may change, improve, or be withdrawn over time as we develop the product.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, keeping your login credentials secure, and using the service in compliance with applicable law. You must not share your account. Tell us promptly at support@go-gym.app if you think someone else has access to it.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Deletion applies a 14-day grace period, after which your account and associated records are permanently removed. Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and payments

The core Go Gym tracker is free to use. Optional paid features (for example ad-free access or extra programmes) are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not take or store your card details. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the relevant store under that store's terms. Manage or cancel a subscription in your device's store settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, harmful, or deceptive;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or our systems;
• scrape, overload, or interfere with the service, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows;
• upload content that infringes someone else's rights or that you do not have permission to use;
• misrepresent who you are, or use another person's account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data you log (workouts, food, habits, measurements, and similar). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Intellectual property

The Go Gym name, branding, app, website, and original content are owned by Go Gym App Limited or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as these terms or the law allow. Third-party food catalogue data (for example Open Food Facts) remains subject to its own licence.

Apple Health and Health Connect

You can optionally connect Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) so Go Gym can read selected health metrics into your trackables. Connecting is off by default. We do not connect to Google Fit as a separate product. Go Gym never writes data back to Apple Health or Health Connect. You control the permission on your device and can disconnect at any time. How we handle that data is described in the Privacy Policy.

AI features

Optional AI features (for example food-photo estimates or a voice assistant) send the information needed to run that feature to our processors, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can stop using those features at any time.

Not medical advice

Go Gym does not provide medical advice. Nothing in the app or on this site is a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Go Gym available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Gym App Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that UK law does not allow us to exclude. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or for operational, security, or legal reasons. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. For a material change we will try to notify you in the app or by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
