Weight tracker

A free weighttracker app forpeople who train.

Go Gym is a weight tracker app built in the UK. Log your weigh-ins, follow your weight trend instead of the daily noise, and keep your progress next to your workouts, food and habits. No separate weight loss tracker, no paywall on your own numbers.

What the weigh-in tracker does

Everything you need to read your progress.

A good weight trend app does more than store a number. It helps you log consistently, makes the direction obvious, and connects the scale to the rest of your routine.

  • 01

    Log weigh-ins in seconds

Record your weight as often as you like. Pick a regular weigh-in day or log daily, whichever fits your routine, and it all goes in one place.

  • 02

Follow the trend, not the noise

Your weight bounces day to day from water, food and sleep. Go Gym charts the trend over time so you see the real direction, not the daily wobble.

  • 03

    Set milestone targets

Choose a goal weight and break it into milestones. Each one you pass is marked, so a long stretch of progress stays motivating instead of feeling endless.

  • 04

Progress reports that join the dots

Weekly reports pull your weigh-ins together with nutrition, habits and training, so you can see what is actually moving the number.

  • 05

    Body measurements beyond the scale

Waist, hips, arms and more. Measurements catch the changes the scale misses, which matters when you are recomposing rather than just losing weight.

  • 06

    Weigh-in milestone tracking

Follow the percentage of your starting weight lost, with milestones at 5%, 10% and 15% - handy if you play in a weight-loss football league.

One app, not five

Weight makes more sense next to everything else.

A standalone weight loss tracker can tell you the number went up or down. It cannot tell you why. The why lives in your training, your food and your daily habits, which is exactly why Go Gym keeps them in one app.

When your weigh-ins sit beside your calories, your protein, your sessions and your streaks, a flat week stops being a mystery. You can see whether you actually held your deficit, whether you trained as planned, and whether the habits that support recovery slipped. That context is what turns a number into a decision.

Weekly progress reports do the joining-up for you, pulling weight, nutrition, habits and performance into one review so a check-in takes minutes rather than spreadsheet wrangling across separate apps.

Free, and built here

Free to use. UK first. No paywall on your data.

Plenty of apps call themselves free, then cap your history or hide your progress reports behind a subscription. Go Gym does not work like that. The weight tracker is free, your weigh-in history is yours, and nothing about tracking your own body is locked away.

We are launching in the UK first, with weights in kilograms or stones and pounds, and weigh-in milestone tracking for anyone who wants their weight-loss league numbers and their everyday progress in the same place. Paid plans only ever add bonus content on top, such as a no-ads tier and coach-built programmes. They never block the tracking you came for.

Go Gym Me screen with weekly progress reports

Who it is for

Whatever direction you are going.

  1. 01

    Cutting

Keep a steady deficit honest. Watch the trend ease down week on week and adjust food before a stall turns into a plateau.

  2. 02

    Maintaining

Hold a range rather than a single number. Spot drift early and nudge it back without obsessing over a daily reading.

  3. 03

    Building

Gain at a controlled pace. Pair the scale with measurements and lifts so you know you are adding size, not just bodyweight.

How it works

Simple from day one

  1. Create your account

Sign up with your email for free. You get full access to every tracker straight away.

  2. Track everything in one app

Log workouts, food, habits, and weight in a single fitness tracker, no switching between apps that never share your data.

  3. Review and stay consistent

Use streaks, trends, and progress reports for a simple weekly check-in. Focus on routine and consistency, not perfection.

FAQ

Common questions

Does it work for weight loss and muscle gain?

Yes. Track weekly weigh-ins, spot trends over time, and celebrate milestone targets whether you are cutting, maintaining, or building. Progress reports help you review what is working.

Can I use Go Gym for a weight-loss football league?

Yes. Go Gym has weigh-in tracking with milestone targets at 5%, 10%, and 15%, plus weekly diet reports that connect your food log to your weigh-in results - so if you play in a weight-loss football league such as MAN v FAT, your league weigh-ins and everyday progress stay in one place. Go Gym is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by MAN v FAT.

Is Go Gym free to use?

Yes. The core app is free and nothing is capped, so you can log workouts, food, habits, and weight, and create as many workouts, habits, and routines as you want. Paid plans only add bonus content on top, such as a no-ads tier and PT-approved workout programmes from coaches, with a generous set of those free too. You will never need to pay to track your own training.

Is my data private, and can I export it?

Your data is yours. Go Gym does not paywall access to your own logs, and you can export your food, weight, and workout history. We are a UK-first app and handle your data in line with UK GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we store and why.

Do I have to track everything, or can I start small?

Start as small as you like. Many people begin with just weigh-ins and workouts, then add food logging and a couple of daily habits once the routine feels automatic. Because workouts, food, habits, and weight all live in one app, you can layer in more tracking whenever you are ready without switching tools.
